Acceptance of terms
By using Bound Memories, creating a project or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Customer content
You retain ownership of content uploaded to Bound Memories. By uploading or importing content, you confirm that you own it or have the original content owner’s permission to use it, including visible names and comments, and authorize Bound Memories to process it for the purpose of creating and fulfillling your selected book.
Screenshot text extraction is provided as a drafting aid and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing, correcting and removing extracted names or messages before adding them to a book.
Personalized coloring-page service
Where the assisted service is offered to US customers and is accepting requests, Bound Memories offers a first reviewable coloring-page proof within 24 elapsed hours of your complete, verified photograph submission, including weekends. The commitment covers the first proof only; requested revisions, book printing and delivery are separate. Your submission is confirmed with a request reference and due date. If we cannot fulfill that commitment, we will contact you about a remedy.
You must have permission to submit the photographs and authorize our team to process them for your requested artwork. We may use third-party editing tools only where you have given the relevant consent. You must review and explicitly approve the finished pages before adding them to a book. Submitting photos does not place a print order; printing and payment remain separate.
Formats and product availability
The same underlying binding minimums apply in the US and UK: 32 pages for perfect-bound paperbacks, 24 pages for casewrap and linen hardcovers and 2 pages for coil-bound books where that binding is offered. Approved US Memory Books follow the UK page limits: coil 2–468, perfect bound 32–800, casewrap or linen hardcover 24–800. Personalized Coloring Books retain the 100-page creator limit shared with the UK; ready-made Coloring Books remain unavailable for paid US checkout. Only the options shown as available in US checkout can be purchased. Book pages and sizes shown during creation do not override the supported checkout specifications.
Preview and approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing the digital preview, spelling, images, layout and book options before approving the project and completing payment.
Orders
Every book is personalized and produced for the individual customer. An order is accepted when payment has been successfully confirmed.
Pricing and delivery
Product prices and available options may change. The final amount, including any applicable discount and calculated delivery charge, is shown before payment.
Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Bound Memories and its production providers the limited permission needed to store, process, reproduce, print and deliver that content for your project and order. You confirm that you own the material or have permission to use it, including photographs, names, messages and comments relating to other people.
Print-production requirements
Perfect-bound paperbacks require at least 32 interior pages, while casewrap and linen hardcovers require at least 24. Coil-bound books can begin at 2 pages where that binding is available. The creator may add blank pages when needed to meet the selected print format's requirements. Final colors, cropping and positioning may vary slightly between on-screen previews and physical printing.
Changes and cancellations
Contact Bound Memories as soon as possible if an order needs to be changed or cancelled. Changes may no longer be possible after production has started.
Refunds
Because products are personalized, refunds may not be available once production has commenced unless the item is faulty, damaged or another applicable consumer right applies.
Limitation of liability
Bound Memories is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to these terms
These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page.
