When do I pay?
You create and review the preview first. Payment is completed only after you approve the book and proceed to checkout.
Is delivery included?
No. Postage and packaging are calculated separately at checkout using the delivery address and available shipping service.
What if I need help creating the book?
You can build and review your own book using the prices shown here. If you would prefer help organising photographs, messages or documents, enquire about Assisted Creation. We will discuss your project and confirm any additional cost before you commit.
Does page count change the price?
US Memory Books are available in approved page ranges: 32–100 pages for standard paperbacks, 24–100 pages for standard hardcovers and 24–30 pages for premium full colour. Other page counts and formats are not yet available at US checkout.
Can I order more than one copy?
Yes. Quantity can be selected during checkout, and multiple approved books can also be purchased together through the cart.
